Payment and booking methods
For individuals
Book your training seat/seats directly from our website and pay online.
For companies
We will send you price proposal with enrollments agreement form.
Fill, Sign and Stamp the enrollments agreement form and send it to us along with the Purchase Order (PO).
We will send you the invoice to process the payment.
You can have two payment options:
- Online we will send you secure Pay-By-Link
- Bank transfer, all bank details provided in the invoice.
Please Note: To complete your booking, full payment of the training value should be in advance.
Courseware Format Policy
E-reading device is not provided by Exceed Media. E-book’s material may not be available for all classes.
Discount Policy
Discounts are valid on new class registrations only, and cannot be applied to prior booked, scheduled, or registered courses. Discounts must be mentioned at the time of registration.
Cancellation/Reschedule policy of course/workshop
If written notice is given 30 business days or more before the start of a class/workshop, the student/client may receive a full refund less 10% of the total price as of registration administrative fee. However, refunds are not instant and will need processing of 15 business days.
If written notice is given less than 30 business days no rescheduling/cancellation or refunds are permitted.
Provider reserves the right to cancel classes or reschedule with insufficient enrollment or in other circumstances. Provider will endeavor to give as much advance notice as possible of any change to the schedule and shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential loss arising whatsoever.
If Student/client notice is given 30 business days or more before the class/workshop starting date will be legible to reschedule class/workshop up to one time. Additional reschedules will not be allowed and will be consider as now show.
All notices from student/client must be received in writing. Please e-mail to online@exceed-media.com
No Shows
If a student/client does not attend a scheduled class/workshop, there will be no refund or rescheduling permitted. Payment is forfeited.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Exceed Media guarantees the quality of its training. If for any reason a student/client has not received the full benefit from a class/workshop, the student/client can audit the same class/workshop at no charge up to 3 months from course completion and from provider public schedule. The class can also be retaken online, if applicable. The request to audit must be made in writing within 10 business days of the class completion.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy of exam
If written notice is given 15 or more business days before the exam date, the student/client may reschedule or cancel without penalty.
If rescheduling/cancellation within 15 business days of the exam date, a $50 administrative fee will be charged.
No Shows for a scheduled exam will result no refund fee.
